This course has thus been designed to help training and development professionals to understand the function thoroughly and to help them acquire the prerequisite skills to be able to ably perform their task or lead the team proficiently.

- Working professional from HR and Administrative departments with minimum 3 year experience

Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling
This program is designed to bestow students with a strong foundation of knowledge, skills and competencies to utilize their interpersonal, empathetic and counselling ability ethically and safely in a wide variety of context and roles.
It is designed to be a three level program depending on how much exposure one already has. It is developed as an advanced training for professionals working in various settings like health services, management and/or education related professionals or volunteers, GOs and NGOs wherein counselling skills could be used.

Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing
The world of Digital Marketing is evolving rapidly. This program is designed to make the students learn the importance of online presence and digital marketing. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has launched a scheme on skills development based higher education as part of college/university education, leading to Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) Degree with multiple exits such as Diploma/Advanced Diploma under the NSQF. The B.Voc. program is focussed on universities and colleges providing undergraduate studies which would also include specific job roles and their NOSs along with broad based general education. This would enable the graduates completing the B.Voc. to make a meaningful participation in accelerating India’s economy by gaining appropriate employment, becoming entrepreneurs and creating appropriate knowledge.
